By using SoulseekQt build on Windows 10 Enterprise, very often I get the message "Aborted" after downloaded decremental from 4 kb/s to 3 kb/s to 2 kb/s to 1 kb\s and then it stops. So I will be able to download from them only with 2-3 kb/s. Third bug: Some users have low bandwidth for their internet connection or they are using the "Limit Download Speed". There is any chance so that the new SoulseekQt builds bypass this glitch and still be able to download those files? or you could also lock it to a specific playlist.
